Your project is important to us and we go the extra mile to make your memories truly memorable.
To better serve you we ask that you plan on at least 14 days to complete your project from the initial consultation. This doesn't mean we cannot do your project if you have just found us and we work with any time constraints concerning funerals and remembrances and provide excellent work in as little as 48 hours.
As the director of your story you, as our client, need to be timely in the manner you provide us your memories and music or narration choices. We will work with you on the images you select and what the commitment will be on each presentation individually. The above times are a reasonable suggestion and we are always at your service.
Memory Lane works to help you compile your memories.
Our initial consultation will usually give us all a good idea of where you want to take your memories and this often lasts 30 minutes to an hour.
If they are the photos from the album or shoe box you have stored them in we scan them or if you provide us a CD with your memories we work to convert them to fit the video project.
We take your music selection (or selections) and any narration and begin to create your visual remembrance.
We always keep you "in the loop" and will provide you the opportunity to make changes, additions and deletions.
I asked Linda to create a video for my marriage celebration. I live 2000 miles away and wondered how it would work to have someone so far away create something like this for me. The process was incredibly easy! When that first draft came I was amazed! And in tears.
